Undercover Landscapes was awarded this project by Lend Lease Communities, to provide feature landscaping to the main entrance of the latest stage of the Jordan Springs Housing Estate.
Work Involved:
Assisted with selection of plant species and sizes to maximise impact of site
Soil conditioners and cultivation by Blecavator were utilised to provide optimal soil conditions
Excavation, ripping and cultivation
Amelioration of soils
concreting and rock wall construction
Advanced tree stock supply and installation and mass planting of shrubs and grasses
Project Highlights
The works were carried out during a very challenging period of extreme heat, lack of rain and very windy conditions. With the dedicated hard work of Undercover Landscapes experienced maintenance team during the plant establishment period, the landscape was presented in the best possible condition.
Diligent protection of the existing ecology, flora and fauna was also a key factor in the success of this project .
